Court Booking Rules
- Members can book courts 7 days prior from 8 am. In other words, when booking to play 7 days in advance the new booking sheet only becomes available from 8 am -- all other playing times within 7 days can be booked 24/7.
- Pay & Play users can only book within 48 hours prior.
- Members must select their playing partner/opponent's name to show on the booking sheets.
- Once-a-Week Members may only play once per calendar week (at all times).
- Off-Peak Members may only play at Off-Peak Times.
- Peak times are Monday - Friday from 4.20 pm onwards.
- There are no Squash or Snooker booking fees for Full, Off-Peak, and Once-a-Week members, however, "late-cancellation" and "no-show" charges may be applicable to these members at peak times only.
- Guest Fees
- When playing a Guest, members must select GUEST as the plaing partner/opponent to show on the booking sheets.
- The system will automatically charge the Guest Fee to your booking system account.
- If you're no longer playing a Guest, you can change your playing partner/opponent to a member, and the Guest Fee will be removed.
- This can be done when you book the court or any time before playing.
- The booking fee for Pay & Play uers is £9 per 40 minutes.
- Check-In/No-Show policy at peak-times only and only applicable to Full and Once-a-Week members
- Members are required to check-in prior to playing in order to confirm court usage.
- Failure to check-in will log the booking as a no-show.
- On the 1st occasion, there's no charge.
- On all subsequent occasions, £4 no-show will be charged to the member's booking system account.
- Members can check-in on the touch screen "kiosk" system on-site at the club.
- You will need to know your system PIN in order to check-in.
- You can look-up your system PIN when logged into this website (click Password or PIN when logged in).
- Members may also check-in with their smartphones when within 50 metres of the club house entrance. To do this, navigate to https://cleaversquash.mycourts.co.uk on your smartphone, click the "GPS Check-In" link (above the booking sheets or in the Menu), and allow access to your location when prompted. The GPS Check-In link is only displayed on smartphones.

- Late-Cancellation Policy
- When unable to use a reserved a Squash court or Snooker table, members should cancel as soon as possible so that others may use the court or table.
- For members:
- There's no charge when a peak-time booking is cancelled more than 24 hours prior, or anytime when off-peak bookings are cancelled.
- When peak-time bookings are cancelled within 24 hours, £2 late-cancellation will be automatically charged to the member's booking system account, however, this late-cancellation charge is automatically reversed (refunded) as soon as the same squash court court or snooker table and start time is re-booked by another member.
- For Pay & Play users the booking fee is non-refundable within 24 hours unless the same squash court is re-booked by another member.
- Members who incur a late-cancellation charge when switching courts from one peak-time to another peak-time on the same day can Contact Us for a refund of the late-cancellation charge, but must cancel one of the bookings in order to make the court available to other members.
- Squash Guest Fees
- When playing a Guest, members must select GUEST as the playing partner/opponent to show on the booking sheets.
- The system will automatically charge the £4 Guest Fee to your booking system account.
- If you're no longer playing a Guest, you can change your playing partner/opponent to a member, and the Guest Fee will be removed.
- This can be done when you book the court or any time before playing.
- Members with outstanding Guest Fees, Late-Cancellation or No-Show charges must top-up their booking system accounts (£4 minimum) in order to continue booking courts.
